Added YUV palette support.
CorePalette has a second array for YUV entries.
Added IDirectFBPalette::SetEntriesYUV(), GetEntriesYUV() and
FindBestMatchYUV().
Either of the APIs can be used, both arrays are kept synchronized.
Drivers can choose.
