Removed 'HACK FIXME_SC_2 ALLOCATE/SETMODE TWIST' (commit
cf4de7cf3677a6252d667342f425f99d8d232043) in primarySetRegion():
it was causing DirectFB to not restore the previous video mode when an
application exits from fullscreen mode.
