Honor FCEF_ONEWAY in fusion_call_execute().
Execute ref watcher with the FCEF_ONEWAY flag.
Avoid blocking in _fusion_check_locals():
instead of removing dead references while iterating the list of fusionees,
build a local list of references that must be removed and process them
later.
