SH7722: Step back to RGB as default input color space until we can
switch dynamically and maybe automatically. This means all Inputs
(3 Layers) and Windows on MultiWindow Layer (4th) can be (A)RGB,
only Input 1 can be configured to NV12/NV16...
Many cleanups, new macros etc.
