Options: Add shared memory address space module parameters
'fusion_shm_base' and 'fusion_shm_size'.
Keeping the defaults, which can be overridden during build time by defining
FUSION_SHM_BASE_DEFAULT and FUSION_SHM_SIZE_DEFAULT.
