Core: Fix 'always-indirect' permission management regarding window surfaces
and probably more.
When in always-indirect mode, don't run calls through requestor/dispatcher
code when already
in master dispatcher thread. Otherwise, e.g. surfaces created for windows
have the identity
of the master and not of the creating slave.
