fontconfig: include <fontconfig/fontconfig.h>, remove hardcoded
-I/usr/include/fontconfig from Makefile.am
This is the better hack for now, especially to fix non-trivial build
environments
The root of all evil seems to be in the fontconfig.pc file which seems to
be broken(?)
