Hi, fortunately we already did a port of the Kaffe AWT to DirectFB. Furthermore we are about to release it soon after some minor cleanups. The AWT also implements (not complete) the DVB extensions like DVBToolkit, DVBAlphaComposite, DVBBufferedImage.
