Here's a neat test app I whipped up with the help of some V4L code I
had around.  It's a V4L pass-thru which outputs an interlaced signal out
the Matrox G400 TV output.  It looks awesome here, just like the real
thing ;-)

  You'll probably want to edit the top of dfbtv.c to indicate that
you're PAL.  I also do some nasty things probably in dfboutput.c, so you
might want to glance over it before crashing your system.

  This uses my patch for the current output field so that we don't tear.
The output compared to the original signal straight to the TV is quite
good, so this is going to rock for a PVR with an OSD.
