G400's maven has a PLL but I'm not sure if that can affect the maven's
output or just what it feeds to the G400 chip. It also would require
really fine grained control and I'm not sure the PLL could even provide
that. Currently the PLL is bypassed altogether.
                                                                                
I think hardware genlock might be possible but again there are no docs so
I don't know which pin of the maven would act as the clock input. Perhaps
it's routed to the MAFC connector.
