I needed the following patch to actually see anything on my laptop
with Radeon Mobility M6.

The radeon overlay code is a bit of mess. I started hacking on it at one
point but then I couldn't get RGB output working and left it be. The r200
code looks somewhat better. I wonder if I should try to get the r200
driver running on my M6 instead. The r200 driver isn't perfect either
bacause it's still ignoring some of the nice hardware features like the
4-tap filter, pixel accurate panning etc.
