Yesterday i tried again to make the directfb-engine work but i couldn't
get wigdets borders to be rendered (i suppose something has to be
modified inside surface_cache_value_new() ).
Luckily, the standard pixbuf engine works well with GTKDFB and, since
the g-i never need to theme window surfaces o borders, no slowdown in
noticed when theming buttons and other widgets only.
Is there any plan to update the directfb-engine and to make it work
again with current GTKDFB / DFB libraries?

ciao
