Without conditional it should work as previous version without any
special consideration of interlaced blitting.

Villes version should work implicit. It depends on surfaces allocated 
interlaced.

HAVE_DSBLIT_INTERLACED is only relevant for my patch as it requires
a special BLIT parameter. Current softdevice-cvs version has this conditional 
removed
(revision 1.68). So your effect describes a bug I noticed several times with
Villes pre-versions :-( .
