Hi,

I am using the mx21(ARM) microprocessor to talk to the display on the
development board and it is coming up way too red. I know the display
is an RGB565 format. That is bits 11-15 are Red, bits 5-10 are green,
and bits 0-4 are the blue. The output of fbset returns the following:

mode "240x320-76"
        # D: 5.830 MHz, H: 24.292 kHz, V: 75.914 Hz
        geometry 240 320 240 320 16
        timings 171521 0 0 0 0 0 0
        accel false
        rgba 4/8,4/4,4/0,0/0
endmode

Is that consistent with the RGB565 mentioned earlier? I don't see 5 or
6 anywhere so that makes me suspicious. Also, where could I learn how
to interpret the output of fbset? The rgba line in particular.

Thanks,
Ben.

P.S.
I confirmed it is RGB 5,6,5 by taking an image in the gimp scaling it to
the 240x320 that is the display size then exporting it with the C-source
option. I modified the C-source to create a new image with the RGB565
format and the image was perfect.
