Hi Mike, There was an issue with that DirectFB-1.0.0-rc1 that was modified by ST. I upgraded to DirectFB-1.0.0 (provided by ST, too) and the problem went away.
GTK+ is now running quite well :) Thanks, -- Pedro Aguilar > You never got far enough for Gtk to be a factor in my opinion. > Looks to me like the registers might not have been in the correct > state for some reason. > Where you vt switching back and forth from X11 in one case and not the > other ? > Or one was multiapp core and one single app core ? > > > On Jan 9, 2008 8:50 AM, Pedro Aguilar <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: >> Hi, >> >> I'm testing a gfx driver that used to work (at least partially) with >> 1.0.0-rc1 but now with 1.0.0 it gives me an assertion in fusion lib. >> >> Could give me any advise of what could be wrong? >> >> Btw, I wanted to upgrade to 1.0.0 because the rc1 gives another kind of >> error when executing GTK+ apps (however, it worked well with >> DirectFB-only >> apps). >> >> Here's the error: >> >> # df_dok >> >> =======================| DirectFB 1.0.0 |======================= >> (c) 2001-2007 The DirectFB Organization (directfb.org) >> (c) 2000-2004 Convergence (integrated media) GmbH >> ------------------------------------------------------------ >> >> (*) DirectFB/Core: Single Application Core.
