hi,
am a newbie to linux. and i have to work with DirectFB. my doubt may b very
basic but i have no other way...
i was trying to execute some tools(dfbinfo) from DirectFB-1.1.1/tools and i
got the following error

will changing the video mode rectify this error...
if yes Please suggest me how to change the video mode and to run the tools...
i added the mode to /etc/fb.modes but the error remains
am using FC-6, linux kernel- 2.6.24
