Hi,

I am wondering how I would pan the source viewport of a Layer? On some
hardware systems you can create a surface for a layer which is larger than
the actual layer destination viewport. You can then view different areas of
the source by setting a source viewport. I do not see a way in the DirectFB
Layer API to change the surface area which is visible. Is there a way to do
this?

For example the screen is 640x480 and I would like to create a surface which
is 1280x480 and then pan it using the hardware and not blits.

Thanks,

Brian
