Hi all, I would like to know if exists a way to draw images in full screen without DFSCL_FULLSCREEN mode. I want to have a background and then, put windows over it and write some text, but if I use DFSCL_FULLSCREEN windows don't appear and if I use another, background image takes a couple of seconds or three to be drawn in the screen.
