Can anyone suggest any reason why setting different options isn't
working. For example, I set KEEP_POSITION on another window
(haven't done the background thing yet) and I am still able to
drag it around. I have basically the same problem setting the
stacking class (its doesn't appear to be working). I am using
0.9.13. I am basically just messing with the "df_window" sample.
