The onboard vga on Via P4M266 is exactly ProSavage 8. It is a little newer version of 
Savage then twister.
Ben Lamb have written on the board that he managed to run 
savage4 driver on KM266. This chip hase onboard ProSavage8 too.
The problem is that it hungs such as on Savage IX/MX.
I do not have the P4M266 board yet. I will buy the board, which onboard 
vga will be supported by directfb. The problem would be simple if I chose AMD 
processor - NFORCE. The problem is that I cannot.
So I am sticked to Celeron478.
I see that the only board that could possibly work is that witch savage.
Currently I have got SIS651 and I doubt that it will whenever run accelerated.

Should I keep hope that the drivers for Savage will be updated?
