Hi all, I want to : - run X apps on the first head on a flat panel display ([EMAIL PROTECTED] Hz) - run a video player, like mplayer on the second head on a TV set (PAL) using a matrox G400 (having a 450 or 550 could be possible also).
Is directdb able to do so ? Are both heads accelerated ? I read the doc concerning TV out, but it states a resolution change on first head when playing video on the second. Are there some limitations regarding resolution / frequencies ? Will one day another card (radeon, f.e.) be able to reach the level of functionalities of the matroxes ?
