Matrox 550 card output to TV. On some DVDs I get a wierd picture breakup. It looks sort of like the interlace artifacts one would get watching video on a computer monitor, except it's not horizontal lines, but big fat horizontal bars. It even behaves like interlace artifacts, only being visible in high motion segments.
