I would be interested in developing client/server code for the benchmark
stuff. This would require coordination regarding the output renderer on
the website, and the networking code for df_dok.

ever had a look at CVSTrac? http://www.cvstrac.org/ - quite impressive
features, and can be fancied up by changing the source or using own
header/footer. The software is quite mature, and a little bit of CSS and
a bit glue could make a lovely integratable CVS webinterface tightly
bonded with bugtracking and wiki.
