You do not have the latest include headers for glibc for use with kernel

headers which is reported during compilation. Under debian, I have solved
this by installing a recent version of the "linux-kernel-headers" package.

Subject: [directfb-users] compile directfb with kernel 2.6.0

Hello,
last weekend i installed kernel 2.6.0 from the kernel.org tarball. Now
im trying to compile directfb against the kernel includes.
I have linked /usr/inlude/linux to /usr/src/linux-2.6.0/include/linux .
Making configure gives problems with fb.h, looking in config.log shows
errors in fb.h -> workqueue.h ->timer.h with and some others
and a warning <don't include kernel headers in userspace!>.
What's wrong?
Are there userspace includes and where can i get them?
Does directfb compile under the 2.6.0 includes ?

Regards
Axel Beier
