[directfb-users] Linux 2.6.1/Matrox Error

The ultimate question is:

Is there a quick patch to make DirectFB use sysfs for i2c in KERNEL 2.6.x ?

In other words will it be possible to use second head of G400 in Kernel 
2.6 ?

I just modified DirectFB sources changing only path in
gfxdrivers/matrox/matrox_maven.c   i.e:
file = fopen( "/sys/bus/i2c/drivers", "r" );

without any luck...
