thanxs for the information. Using matrox toll seems also to work. matrox 0x0b 0x5 (0x8=composite; 0x5=rgb)

You probably can't. AFAIK matroxfb is hard coded to use composite/s-video. You must edit matroxfb source code if you want to change that.
