My issue is that I don't want to release a tarball that links against CVS, this causes a serious issue for people who want to play with (or heaven forbid, help develop) my code - I'm trying to restrict myself to linking to "released" software so people don't have to pull CVS/snapshot tarballs to get it to compile.... ;) then I can throw together an ebuild :) -cheers, Darran
