0.9.22 doesn't work for me with TV-out on a Matrox G450, when starting
an application remotely via ssh, nor from the console, typing blind. I
get this message:

       ---------------------- DirectFB v0.9.22 ---------------------

My directfbrc contains:

matrox-crtc2
matrox-tv-standard=pal
mode=720x576
depth=32
memcpy=mmxext
primary-layer=2
no-graphics-vt
no-vt-switching
no-vt-switch
no-vt

I've also tried disable-module=keyboard and ...=ps2mouse but it makes no
difference. I have two input devices, the keyboard (no mouse) and the IR
remote control for my Hauppauge Nova-T TV card. Perhaps DirectFB is
trying to grab that when it shouldn't, or the mouse that doesn't exist?
0.9.21 worked.
