Hello,

In my efforts to get DirectFB / kernel 2.6.11 / vesafb / ucio working on my epia M10k I have run into a problem.

My kernel is booting fine with vesafb, DirectFB (CVS) is now installed, fusion modules loads, all ok up until now. I go into gfxdrivers/unichrome/ and make -f ucio.mk v26, then copy it into /lib/modules/2.6.11/ and run depmod -ae.

Upon modprobe I get:

# modprobe ucio
FATAL: Error inserting ucio (/lib/modules/2.6.11/ucio.ko): Invalid module format

dmesg reports "No module found in object".

modinfo works:

# modinfo ucio
filename: /lib/modules/2.6.11/ucio.ko
vermagic: 2.6.11 preempt VIAC3-2 gcc-3.3
depends:
author: Andreas Robinson
description: VIA UniChrome Driver
license: GPL

Has anyone seen this before with this module? Is it possible that part of the kernel module interface has changed with this kerenl? I haven't tried this yet with previous versions.

Thanks for any leads,
-Rob
