Hi All, I've asked the question below but got no response. So, Let me ask it another way. I'm trying to cross compile directfb with AR=arm-linux-ar, LD=arm-linux-ld, and CC=arm-linux-gcc as was suggested earlier.
Although the configure script ran without errors, the make did not. I've tried running the configure script again disabling options to get a pass on the make, but so far I have no luck. If I can get a pass on make with most options disables, I would consider that great progress. What also bothers me is that I don't see how I would use a make install in ths case. It would seem that after make, I'll have to copy the required files to the filesystem. Is this not true? can anyone please offer some advice? I'm in deadlock. help!
