You have to create the .directfbrc file in your home directory (grep ^`whoami` /etc/passwd | awk -F':' '{ print $6 }') and press the print screen key to take a screenshot. Also I think it's a good idea to put an absolute path in screenshot-dir (/tmp for example).

Try "man directfbrc" and then create a .directfbrc file in your home directory, or global in /etc.
