Hello all!! I am unable to get audio output on my system when I try to run df_xine with a movie file otherwise in other applications the movie file gives audio output. On running the xine application df_xine I am getting the following run log audio information:------
Video_out_dfb:using ITURBT601 conversuion matrix Video_out_dfb:MMX detected and enabled Video_out_dfb:destination surface is RGB16 Audio_oss_out:audio.device.oss_device_name - auto,probing devs Audio_oss_out:using device </dev/dsp< Xine:found input plugin :file input plugin Xine:found demuxer plugin:apple quicktime(MOV) and MPEG-4 demux plugin Ffmpeg_audio_dec:increasing buffer to 98304 to avoid overflow . . . Audio_oss_out:audio_rate:22050 requested,22050 provided by device Audio_oss_out: 2 channels output . . . Fixing sound card drift by 3740 points ans so on with varying points.. Please suggest the reason why I am not getting the audio output in my speakers whereas I am able to hear sound when I run the same file in a standard linux player.any help is welcome and thanx in advance!!
