I am seeing similar behaviour. This is with a custom application and a small form factor pc. The application displays a slideshow, when a certain amount of time (and thus images), the output to the display stops, but the application does not hang. I have tracked this down to a memory leak somewhere in directfb or some level lower. Could you please try and monitor the memory usage using `top' or similar, and running mplayer with a forced *very* low framerate? eg ``mplayer -fps 0.5 foo.avi'' >>> Also, why do I see DirectFB 0.9.20 instead of 0.9.24 when starting >>> mplayer? dfbinfo outputs 0.9.24. >> >> Probably you have two versions of DirectFB installed and MPlayer is >> linked to the older one. > > Hmm, how would I link it to 0.9.24, or how would I remove 0.9.20 from > my system? > >> Regards, >> Claudio Ciccani > > Cheers, > > > > Sixer > > _______________________________________________ > directfb-users mailing list > [email protected] > http://mail.directfb.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/directfb-users > _______________________________________________ directfb-users mailing list [email protected] http://mail.directfb.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/directfb-users
