Hi list, I successfully use DirectFB with unichrome driver on a CLE266 VIA EPIA M10000 board.
I use it to display a full screen YUV video in the video plane with scaling. I have to port my application to the new VIA EPIA N1000 NanoITX board, featured with a CN400 chipset. I compiled the latest driver from ViaArena as a module, but the only layer I can get with DirectFB 2.4 is the primary layer in RGB :-( I haven't tried the CVS version, though. Is it worth trying? And of course, I want TVOut ;-) Can someone tell me what I have to do to make it work, or the state of unichrome driver for this chipset?
