Is there a way to know if there is something already running using
/dev/fb0 (or whatever the default device might be when a dfb object is
created)?

I'm trying to avoid the scenario of two processes being launched to
display the same thing (the process is using fullscreen set to
EXCLUSIVE mode in its primary layer. but the buffer seems to be shared
anyway).

if anybody has a quick link...
