Hi, I would like to get MPEG-2 hardware acceleration in MPlayer and/or Xine using libcle266mpegdec in a EPIA board with VIA CLE266 chipset.
I have seen successful reports of using this library with DirectFB and Softdevice: http://www.mellander.org/per/projects/linux/?chapter=epia-hw-cle266 Has anybody tried to use this library to accelerate MPEG-2 decoding in MPlayer and/or Xine? I would appreciate any info regarding this issue.
