Hello all, Please help me with this I need resolve asap, thank you so much.
My goal is to link an application as static with gtk-dfb lib and with thier libraries dependences, without any dynamic object. I now there is in Wiki-page a guide to build this lib, but its too old and all libs has changed release. I dont need do a cross-compile I just only need use static objects. I had configured in this secuence : pkg-config-0.21 zlib-1.2.3 glib-2.12.3 libpng-1.2.12 jpeg-6b (6.2) tiff-3.8.2 pslib-0.2.7 freetype-2.1.10 libxml2-2.6.26 atk-1.9.0 fontconfig-2.4.1 linux-fusion-3.2 DirectFC-1.0.0-rc1 cairo-1.2.4 pango-1.15.0 At this point when I try to configure my gtk-dfb lib (gtk+2.10.6) with directFB and without X backend: sh configure --prefix=$PREFIX --enable-static --with-gdk-target=directfb --disable-debug --with-libpng --with-libjpeg --with-libtiff --without-x I get this error message: /**************************************************/ /**************************************************/ checking for X... disabled configure: error: X development libraries not found /**************************************************/ /**************************************************/ However, I did apt-get install libxt-dev to try to solve this problem, I see in /usr/X11R6/include/X11/. for intrinsic.h and other headers files, but I couldnt get out the problem in this way... How could I solve it ? Why configure show me that I need Xlibs if I use --without-x ? I will apreciate very much any help, Thanks again...
