Hallo,
something has changed because now I got SIGNAL 11 error.
I run XDirectFB as user (after changing permission for /dev/fb/0, /dev/vc/0
and /dev/vc/1) and I've added the two entries no-graphics-vt and no-vt to my
/etc/directfbrc file.
This the output I got:

My board has its video output set to LCD (why the strange "updating to PAL
mode"?) and I can only see a rapid blue flash on the screen before the
server crashes.
About monolithic Xorg, I think to spend some time to re-compile the modular
version...
