Hi, I am running DirectFB applications (single mode, e. g. links -g or directvnc) on a Linux Framebuffer console which is set to graphics mode upon boot (via VGA= kernel parameter).
When I switch to a console other than one where a DirectFB app is running (e. g. CtrlAltF2), another console shows up correctly. However when I switch back to the console used by DirectFB, I get either black screen (directvnc) or garbled screen (links). Is any signal being sent to an application when its console gets restored so I could install a signal handler and take care of screen restore? I use VIA Unichrome for graphics.
