Did you upgrade your kernel as well? If so make sure you have
CONFIG_SYSFS_DEPRECATED enabled. The sysfs layout changed somewhat

work. I think I'll have to get rid of libsysfs altogether...
No I'm still on 2.6.20-1.2948.fc6, since I had some libata issues
with more recent kernels. Is there a simple tweak I can make in the
mga driver until I'm running a more recent kernel?
It's not a sysfs issue then. Ah, I think it's probably a case of your
directfbrc being in the wrong place. The code was changed to respect
sysconfdir so the location of the global config file depends on your
configure options.
Ok, putting directfbrc under /usr/local/etc fixed it! Thx
