Hi, Sorry for the late reply. I updated the wiki last October with versions of the packages released in July/August, so they are not very old. However, the procedure is similar to the previous one :(
Newer versions of all packages, as Attilio says, should work with this procedure too. I hope to make a better/cleaner procedure soon (as time permits).
