Hi, I built DirectFB without debug and i could run DirectFB examples without problems. But when i run GTK+ over DirectFB on VMWare i am getting these errors
(!) IDirectFB_Construct: No layers available! Missing driver? (#) DirectFBError [gdk_display_open: DirectFBCreate]: Not supported! I executed dfb-layer and i got X11 as layer. I built GTK with these options while configuring: ./configure --with-x --with-gdktarget=directfb I feel that GTK is not able to use X since while running DFB app it opened X11 layers.
