As a follow up, I tried the advice at
(http://mail.directfb.org/pipermail/directfb-users/2008-April/000573.html)
without any success. I now get:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| DirectFB 1.3.0
|~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
(c) 2001-2008 The world wide DirectFB Open Source Community
(c) 2000-2004 Convergence (integrated media) GmbH
----------------------------------------------------------------
(*) DirectFB/Core: Single Application Core. (2009-04-02 18:42)
(*) Direct/Memcpy: Using armasm_memcpy()
(*) Direct/Thread: Started 'VT Switcher' (-1) [CRITICAL OTHER/OTHER
0/0] <2093056>...
(*) Direct/Thread: Started 'Cowon_O2 TS Input' (-1) [INPUT
OTHER/OTHER 0/0] <2093056>...
(*) DirectFB/Input: o2pmp 0.1 (COWON)
(*) DirectFB/Graphics: Generic Software Rasterizer 0.6 (directfb.org)
(*) DirectFB/Core/WM: Default 0.3 (directfb.org)
(*) FBDev/Surface: Allocated 480x272 16 bit RGB16 buffer (index 0)
at offset 0 and pitch 960.
(!) [ 254: 0.000] --> Caught signal 11 (at 0x2c, invalid
address) <--
I really don't like having to "hack" up DirectFB like that and have
backed out that change.
I also tried the disable-module=keyboard, but that had no affect either.
Are the (-1) return codes for the Direct/Thread: Started messages an
indication of an error that could be causing this?
TIA,
-fred
