Yes, we direly need one. Mailing lists are good for specific purposes, but that doesn't constitute a community. The IRC is dead. I am idling in there, hoping to meet other DirectFB fans and of course some Dev. But fans, users, developers won't stay if no DirectFB devs are around.

The wiki... another painful story. OK, i want to help, this is the only way i can contribute right now. But what can i do without references? I could explore but I don't know where. This is where IRC comes handy. As i mentioned in another post of mine, people don't even hear about the project.

Don't let your hard work be ignored. Present yourselves, please!
