Hello! I was trying to use DirectFB on my computer running Ubuntu 10.04 (LTS). I got a stock version of DirectFB 1.2.8 along with Ubuntu 10.04 install. Thereafter I installed DirectFB-extras to get the additional system module and got X11 (no SDL). Before starting off with difficult ones, I tried the simplest of all - simple.c from DFB Tutorials, just to check my install. To my surprise I see the application crashing at exit! Looking at the traces through GDB, it appeared to me to be crashing inside X11 module while releasing the IDirectFB interface - strangely inside the memory "free" function call!
Did anyone see this before and know a solution? Thanks, Sourath
