Pak Rully, Kalau ada perush punya ijin NAP dan ISP terus jualan ke end user nggak boleh pak ?, justru menurut saya itu boleh pak.
Yang nggak boleh setahu saya kalau ada NAP jual bandwidthnya ke end user, karena pangsa pasar end user ini adalah pangsa pasarnya ISP, jadi supaya NAP tsb bisa jual ke end user maka dia harus punya ijin ISP.
