On the whole, what dirvish *does* is pretty sound,
do you have a list of issues posted somewhere? I'm guessing regression testing is at the top? * regression tests * clean options handling * loose coupling * tight cohesion * . . . I'm all for a rewrite and am willing to help. I didn't like the code when I looked at it. I don't know enough about the internals of dirvish to know where objects and code re-use are going to be most useful but if someone else can make those decisions I can write some modules and regression tests. or just functions and regression tests but putting them in objects generally makes for easier testing and updating. - -- JT Moree -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.3 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFGGrjDFI6sVJUR1B8RAqqlAKDK/VvL95fbW2MhO7pZh6VvT2RrRACdGat8 kUoUTuvwIRhTpqD+au6UcsY= =wDhQ -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ Dirvish mailing list [email protected] http://www.dirvish.org/mailman/listinfo/dirvish
