Nobody seems to have mentioned it yet in this thread, but the 22:00 under your Runall: section isn't the time the backup is done, but rather the timestamp given to the backup after it has finished. There is usually some confusion about it, search for image_time in the dirvish.conf man page.
Because it takes up to 6-8 hours to backup one server and the server which is running the backups isn't really having any resources used it would be great to have multiple servers backupping at once.
If you know how to use the `patch' tool and don't mind running patched tools on your server, check out my patch for running concurrent backups without having to set up separate dirvish.conf files:
