Hi all, next week I will configure a new server with dirvish, it
will have a raid 1 with 750 sata disks and a 3ware 9650se, I will use
ext3 because is the FS I am most familiarized with.

Is recomended to increase the default inode number?, the
server will be used by a graphics design company to store .jpg and
.psd files.

Mkfs.ext3 create by default a 5% reserved area, I plan to reduce this to
1% (7gb), can this have any adverse effect?

By default ext3 partitions are mounted with "ordered" data mode, but
partitions can be mounted with "journal" data mode (journaling
everything), does anyone have experience with this?

Regards.
