That should read: expire-default:
As now you don't have an expire-default, there's no default (duh ;-)
so those images never expire.

It's not a strftime format, it's a Time::ParseDate format, so the
comment is wrong. Additionally this would probably work, but I've never
seen an example with a space between the + and the digits.
